Monday Thursday | 7:00 a.m. untilsome Friday's may be requiredPay Rate: $13.50 per hourApply at www.selecsource.comB. SPECIFIC TASKS: 1. Check in with supervisor for work schedule and fish type2. Follow production schedule3. Be sure of correct loins to be used4. Place loin on the table for splitting until all loins are used from rack5. Place loins onto table according to species6. Return all empty racks to thawing area7. Any broken racks should be set aside and reported to supervisor8. Work closely with rack director for changes, temperatures, and times9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor10. Chain glove is to be worn at all times while using cutting knife.11. Cutting knife is to be signed out with bag room12. Comply with Company policies and safety requirements C.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1.
High School Diploma or Equivalent2. Minimum 1 year Manufacturing experience3. Must be able to work in a team environment4. Able to push full and empty rack weighing up to 750 lbs5. Able to read tags6. Able to read, write and speak EnglishAble to work any shift including overtime and/or weekendsSSLISSLIP
