Laundry & Linen Technician - Full-Time

Key Responsibilities: Follow directions from the Linen Distribution Manager to complete assigned tasks without delay or absenteeism. Deliver clean linen, collect soiled linen, and organize storage areas per policies. Respond to customer service calls professionally and record requests accurately. Monitor linen usage, manage inventory levels, and replenish carts to prescribed levels. Record data via tablets or sheets and maintain a clean linen room. Transport linen carts safely and report any linen abuse or poor utilization. Perform additional duties as assigned, working with both clean and soiled linen.

Qualifications & Skills: Excellent communication and a customer-first attitude. Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment with a positive outlook.

Physical & Work Environment: The role is active and physically demanding, involving walking 3-5 miles daily, lifting up to 10 pounds, pushing carts weighing up to 70 pounds, and handling soiled textiles safely.

Additional Requirements: Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and meet vaccine or attestations as needed. Flexibility to fulfill any shift duties and adapt to various tasks within the healthcare environment.
