NSC Staffing has an immediate opening for a Press Brake Operator in Mansfield, TX -Background friendly-Shift: 1st shift, schedule 7a - 3:30p, Monday - Friday Pay: $20-$26 depending on experience We are seeking a skilled and dependable Press Brake Operator to join our custom metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating Amada press brakes and be proficient in manual set up and programming. This role is critical to shaping precision metal components for custom projects, requiring a strong understanding of forming techniques, blueprint reading, and machine operation. Key responsibilities include following Operate Amada press brake machine to bend and form metal components to exact specifications Perform manual set up of tooling, back gauges, and machine parameters for each job Program machine using interface or controller Read and interpret blueprints, flat prints and bend drawings Maintain press brake equipment and tooling in good working condition
