Your primary responsibilities will include helping onboard newly diagnosed sleep apnea patients into Aeroflow Sleep by: Managing outbound phone and email communication to patients to gather information, provide updates, and schedule PAP setup appointments. Maintain log of new PAP order patients, keeping follow up dates current to ensure timely processing Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining necessary authorizations for PAP referrals Reviewing clinical documentation to ensure patients qualify for prescribed equipment Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with referral sources as you work with them to obtain additional clinical information in order to serve our patients. Collaborating with the outside sales team to ensure quality customer service to our patients and referral partners Handling inbound calls, addressing patient and referral source inquiries professionally Performing additional duties and support tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the Sleep Team Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance Maintaining HIPAA/patient confidentiality Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule Other job duties assigned Skills for success include: Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to think critically Exceptional organization High level of compassion and patience Willingness to make decisions independently Ability to contribute to a team environment General computer and email proficiency
