Key responsibilities:
Handle 80-100 incoming calls daily to book reservations for multiple brands
Apply sales techniques to convert calls into reservations and meet performance metrics
Provide outstanding customer service and receive feedback to improve call quality
Required qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old and reside in St. Louis, Missouri
At least one year of sales experience in a competitive environment with measurable goals
A minimum of two years of consecutive work experience with one employer
Permanent residence with a defined working space free of distractions
Ability to attend a mandatory 4-week virtual training session
