Senior US Controller - GAAP, Consolidations & Tax

Thorlabs is seeking a senior Controller to lead the U.S. corporate accounting function in Newton, NJ, with periodic travel to other locations. The role manages GL analysis, inventory/COPs, and monthly financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance and tax filing accuracy. You will partner with the Global Controller to strengthen internal controls, drive cost reductions, and oversee AP/AR, payroll, and disbursement activities across a multinational organization.
