Associate Director of Medical Writing

Key responsibilities: Own and manage clinical, regulatory, and preclinical deliverables, including clinical study protocols and Investigator Brochures Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze clinical data and translate findings into scientifically accurate content Support the development of scalable medical writing infrastructure, including templates, processes, and document QC practices

Required qualifications: Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) preferred, with relevant experience in biopharmaceutical or regulatory environments Prior experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical company, ideally with contributions to BLA/NDA submissions Strong background in producing high-quality scientific and medical documents for internal and external distribution Exceptional computer skills and familiarity with document creation and sharing software Ability to prioritize multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
