Senior EHS Leader: Strategy, Compliance & Culture

Barry-Wehmiller’s BW Packaging seeks a Senior Leader, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to drive the strategic safety program across multiple manufacturing sites in the U.S. This role partners with Operations, People and Safety teams to embed world-class safety, reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead workers’ compensation strategy, oversee audits and RCCA processes, develop training, and build a culture of care with clear metrics and governance across sites.
