IP Litigation Associate: Patent & Tech Focus

Quarles & Brady LLP seeks an associate with 2-5 years of IP litigation experience to join our national Intellectual Property group in Madison. A background in a technological or scientific field is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will handle patent, trademark, trade secrets cases and related discovery, motions, and claim construction work, with strong academics and excellent written and oral communication.
