Site Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate sites for acquisition to facilitate the company's expansion strategy and meet key growth objectives Coordinate the evaluation of power procurement, entitlements, development feasibility, and customer requirements to assist in the prioritization of sites Manage the acquisition process from identification through closing by negotiating purchase agreements and supporting due diligence efforts

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field 10+ years of experience in development, investments, brokerage, or similar, with specific experience in acquisition or development 5+ years of experience in data center site selection or development Effective organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
