Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other litigation-related documents Take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategy Collaborate with senior attorneys and stakeholders throughout all stages of litigation Maintain regular communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
