Senior Tax Accountant Growing North Phoenix boutique CPA firm is looking to add a heavy Senior tax Accountant to their staff. This is a great opportunity to move into a manager role. This is an in-person position with a salary up to $120K depending on your experience level.
Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations and trusts
- Preparing tax extensions
- Year end tax projections
- Tax research
- Generating trial balances and financial statements
- Responding to IRS and other taxing authority notices
- Proactively communicating with clients to obtain necessary information and provide tax and financial feedback
- Financial statement, reviews & compilations
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting requiredCPA or CPA Candidate 3 -5 years of tax experience in a CPA firm as well as experience of financial statement review and compilations.
- Proficiency in both general and accounting related computer software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with other members of the firm
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and priorit
