Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

Duties: Develop and execute litigation strategy in coordination with the team. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and argue motions before the court. Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery disputes. Counsel clients and serve as a point of contact throughout litigation.

Requirements: Admitted and in good standing with The Florida Bar. 2-8 years of complex commercial or business litigation experience. Demonstrated drafting, legal research, and oral advocacy skills. Proficiency with document review platforms, such as Relativity. Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
