As an independent clinician, you'll conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based treatment, and manage your caseload remotely with flexible hours. You'll collaborate with psychiatrists and care teams, document in an EHR, and coordinate care within insurance-covered networks. Rula handles referrals, scheduling, and billing so you can focus on high-quality, patient-first care. Provide individual telehealth psychotherapy to adult clients using evidence-based modalities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnoses, and risk evaluations Develop, implement, and update treatment plans aligned with client goals Document sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in the EHR in a timely manner Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, and care coordination teams as needed Manage a remote caseload with consistent availability and reliable follow-through Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and insurance documentation standards Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical best-practice updates Deliver culturally responsive, inclusive care to diverse client populations Use Rula's technology tools and workflows for scheduling, communication, and telehealth sessions Clinical assessment and diagnosis (DSM-5/ICD-10) Individual psychotherapy Crisis intervention and risk assessment Treatment planning xevrcyc and documentation Telehealth platforms and workflows Evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) Electronic health records (EHR) usage Cultural competence in mental health care Collaboration with psychiatrists and care teams Time management in remote practice Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active LCPC license in practicing state Clear professional history and background check Liability insurance (if required by state/plan) Telehealth competency Familiarity with insurance-based care documentation
