Experience with Workday Integrations oversight (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PICOF, PECI) from a project management standpoint. Knowledge of Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and data migration methodologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution:
Own end-to-end delivery of Workday implementation/enhancement projects for Lennar Homes.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, sprint schedules, RAID logs, and governance documents.
Coordinate activities across Workday consultants, HR/Finance SMEs, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to Workday design standards, testing protocols, and deployment frameworks.
Stakeholder & Communication Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for onsite business users and leadership.
Conduct regular status meetings, steering committee updates, and progress reporting.
Facilitate requirement workshops, UAT cycles, sign-off sessions, and business enablement activities.
Scope, Quality & Risk Control:
Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Identify and mitigate risks/issues to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with internal audit, security, and data privacy standards.
Agile / Hybrid Delivery:
Execute delivery through Agile or hybrid methodologies.
Manage sprint ceremoniesplanning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives.
Track metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and deliverable acceptance.
Testing & Deployment Management:
Oversee SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll Testing (if applicable), and integration testing. Manage production deployment activities, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
