Global Workplace & Real Estate Lead

Runway is seeking a Workplace Lead to own and optimize Runway's offices worldwide, including New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv. You will manage real estate, buildouts, budgets, and onsite programming, collaborating with People, Finance, IT and Security to forecast space needs and execute leases. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, strict organization, and judgment to plan and action as opportunities arise in a fast-moving environment.
