To lead the Technical Accounting function during a phase of growth, the full-time salaried CPA Senior Manager, Technical Accounting will manage complex accounting issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities: Lead technical accounting research and provide guidance on complex issues such as revenue recognition and business combinations Serve as a liaison with external auditors and ensure compliance with SOX 404 controls Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for technical accounting matters
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Active CPA certification 10+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting with strong expertise in US GAAP Prior public accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 firms Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite
