General Manager, Performance

Grove Point Marinas is seeking a General Manager in New England! We offer relocation assistance to the right candidate. Grove Point Marinas is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed owner and operator of marinas throughout the US. We acquire, improve, and manage high-quality marine properties, combining institutional investment discipline with hands-on operational excellence. Our platform is scaling quickly, and we're building a best-in-class team to support that growth. We're seeking a General Manager to streamline the administrative responsibilities of our marinas; including revenue management, CapEx initiatives, hiring and training, departmental oversight, controlling expenses, customer service and contract management. Oversee all aspects of management, including staffing, inventory, and sales performance. Train, mentor, and supervise staff to enhance their skills in customer service and sales techniques.3-5 years marina experience, with at least 1-2 years in management.~ Ability to train and develop staff through effective coaching techniques.~ Ideal candidates will have Service backgrounds and be focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
