Technical Specialist / Patent Agent

The ideal candidate will have: 2-5 years of experience in high-tech patent prosecution, with proficiency in patent searching and drafting patentability, freedom-to-operate, and other IP-related opinions.

Duties: Conduct patent searches and draft patentability opinions. Prepare freedom-to-operate and other IP-related opinions. Support complex patent prosecution matters.

Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in high-tech patent prosecution. Proficiency in patent searching and drafting IP-related opinions. Self-motivated and collaborative with intellectual curiosity.

Education: Advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field.

Certifications: Prior experience as a patent agent or in a law firm or industry setting is strongly preferred. SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
