As a Restoration Estimator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by assessing and estimating restoration projects. Our company collaborates with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and Insurance Companies, requiring strict adherence to their guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Assess and estimate restoration projects using platforms such as Xactamate and Symbility. Ensure compliance with guidelines set by TPAs and Insurance Companies. Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for restoration projects. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be available to work long hours when needed.

Qualifications: Proven experience in restoration estimating. Proficiency with estimating platforms. Strong understanding of TPA and Insurance Company guidelines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work long hours and participate in the reconstruction on-call rotation. (6 week rotation)Strong attention to details. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
