Senior Litigation Associate

Duties: Handle litigation matters in federal and state courts. Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other key filings. Manage discovery, including document strategy, review, and production. Support and lead responses to government investigations and enforcement actions. Conduct and assist with internal investigations, including witness interviews. Prepare investigative reports and client-facing analyses. Advise clients on risk mitigation and compliance. Prepare clients for testimony before agencies and committees. Participate in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.

Requirements: Experience as a lead associate in federal and state court litigation. Experience with government and internal investigations. Experience with employment-related disputes and compliance reviews is desirable. Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple matters independently. Education Juris Doctor from a top 25 law school preferred.

Certifications: Admission (or waive-in eligibility) to Virginia Bar. Skills Strong interpersonal and technical skills. Ability to lead teams of attorneys. Sound judgment in high-pressure situations. Consistent attention to detail.
