Staff Battery Cell Design Engineer Pouch/Prismatic

Lyten is seeking an experienced Staff Battery Engineer to lead pouch and prismatic cell design, driving the development from concept through pilot production and scale‑up. You will steer design decisions and mentor junior engineers. You will collaborate with Materials, Process, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to translate product requirements into performance targets and qualification plans, enabling scalable, high‑yield production across the U.S. and Europe.
