Outpatient Family Medicine Opportunity in Central Washington Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Central Washington First-year salary range of approximately $296,412 $320,446, commensurate with training and experience; RVU-based compensation begins in year two Consistent schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week Outpatient-only responsibilities with shared 1:6 call rotation supported by nurse triage General procedures include sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, and some women s health services Pediatric care is a significant part of the practice Average patient volume is per shift Multiple positions available within the health system; providers with interest in Obstetrics are encouraged to apply Eligible for federal loan repayment programs and a $125,000 student loan repayment program through the medical group Opportunity to become a shareholder in a physician-owned and governed medical group Team-based environment with six physicians and two APPs when fully staffed Healthcare system includes over 270 physicians and 150 advanced practice providers, serving a 12,000-square-mile region Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; malpractice insurance; CME allowance; relocation support up to $20,000; 401(k) with employer match; 6 weeks of PTO; and sign-on bonus Located within 1.5 hours of both Yakima and Spokane, with airports available in each city J-1 Visa candidates are welcome to apply
