BCBA Therapist: In-Home/Hybrid, Flexible Hours & Growth

Ambitions ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children and support for families. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration, across in-person and hybrid settings. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and training parents.
