Global Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager

Kadant Inc. is seeking an International Tax Manager to support its global tax function. This role focuses on executing U.S. international tax calculations (GILTI/Subpart F), foreign tax credits, and transfer pricing documentation while coordinating with external advisors. You will report to the International Tax Director and collaborate with senior tax professionals to manage cross-border operations, M&A tax aspects, and ASC 740 compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
