Nuclear Build Reliability Engineer

Aalo Atomics is hiring a Build Reliability Engineer to own build-induced risk across design, fabrication, and testing of reactor hardware. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, test, production, and supply chain to ensure reliable, inspectable hardware and implement durable corrective actions. You will lead PFMEAs, build-readiness reviews, and production prove-outs, while refining manufacturing and inspection processes to reduce defects without slowing learning or production.
