Property & Casualty Insurance Representative Dan Heiman – State Farm Agency | Fayetteville, NCAre you a North Carolina-licensed Property & Casualty insurance professionallooking for an opportunity with an established agency where your insurance experience and customer service skills are valued? Dan Heiman – State Farm Agency is looking for an experienced Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Representativeto join our Fayetteville team. This position is ideal for an insurance professional who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and being part of a professional agency team.
Position Details:
  • Full-time or part-time available
  • In-office position in Fayetteville, NCHourly base (based on experience) plus commission
  • Higher starting compensation may be available for highly experienced candidates
  • Vacation and PTO available after 90 days
What You'll Do: You'll work directly with customers and help support their insurance needs while providing the responsive, personal service our agency is known for. Responsibilities may include:
  • Assisting customers with their insurance needs
  • Handling policy and account service requests
  • Answering customer questions and providing knowledgeable guidance
  • Following up with customers and prospects
  • Assisting with quotes, coverage changes, and policy servicing
  • Building strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs
  • Providing professional, responsive service throughout the customer experience
  • What We're Looking ForRequired:
  • Active North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Recent experience in an insurance service or sales role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional, dependable approach to working with customers
Preferred:
  • Previous State Farm experience
  • Experience in both insurance service and sales
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance
