We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Central Manufacturing Consultant to lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, with a focus on manufacturing clients. This role is client-facing and requires deep expertise in Business Central (formerly NAV) manufacturing modules, strong consulting experience, and the ability to lead implementations from discovery through go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Business Central for manufacturing clients
  • Conduct business process reviews, requirements gathering, and gap analyses
  • Configure and customize Business Central manufacturing modules (Production, Planning, Inventory, BOM, Routing, Shop Floor Control)
  • Advise clients on best practices and optimize manufacturing workflows
  • Deliver user training and support post-go-live stabilization
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are properly implemented
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV)
  • Proven delivery of full-cycle implementations focused on manufacturing
  • In-depth knowledge of Business Central manufacturing modules (MRP, Capacity Planning, Subcontracting, etc.)Strong understanding of core ERP functions including finance, inventory, and supply chain
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications
  • Experience working with a Microsoft Partner or in a consulting environment
  • Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Experience with integration projects or ISV solutions for manufacturing
