Housing Displacement Strategist – Social Programs

State of Washington's DSHS DDA seeks a Housing Displacement Specialist to advance affordable housing resources for individuals with complex needs leaving institutions. This role partners with DDA, HCS, and HCA to implement the Health and Related Social Needs program across WA. The position supports CMS compliance, training, reporting, and cross-divisional alignment, bridging long-term care with community-based housing resources. Hybrid work is possible with statewide travel as needed.
