Schedule: Must be available to work Saturday AND Sunday Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in the Tampa area. We are looking for someone who is professional, personable, sales-driven, and has previous multifamily leasing experience.

Requirements: Previous apartment/multifamily leasing experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Strong sales and closing skills Professional and friendly personality Ability to conduct property tours and effectively present the community Comfortable following up with prospective residents Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
