Assembler Operator

Pay Range: $17 - $18

Shift: 1st shift 8AM-4:40PM, 2nd shift 4PM-1:30AMWhat's the Job? Oversee and operate machinery necessary for cable swaging, end treatments, fittings, cutting, grinding, and assembly. Count, package, and label completed cable assemblies ensuring accuracy and quality. Maintain production outputs and quality standards for wire and cable assembly. Follow operational instructions and complete documentation such as job cards and routers. Perform visual and tactile inspections, gather samples for testing, and report quality issues. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as an assembler preferred. Ability to self-motivate and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Hand tools experience.
