Manager, Senior Counsel

POSITION SUMMARY: The Corporate Counsel will be primarily responsible for providing legal support to the Associate General Counsel with enterprise commercial contracting needs and BAYADA's procurement department with commercial leasing activities and field office service contracts. The Corporate Counsel will support a wide variety of contracting, including leases, service agreements, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, NDAs, business associate agreements, and clinical affiliation agreements. The Corporate Counsel may also provide support to the Associate General Counsel and other senior attorneys with acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic, detail-oriented attorney who can translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability. Four (4) year college degree. Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school, strong academic credentials, and a license to practice law in any state in good standing with eligibility for NJ Bar limited admission as in-house counsel. Four (4) or more years of relevant work experience with emphasis on commercial leases and corporate contracting, including service agreements and SaaS agreements; healthcare or tech sector is a plus.
