Job Overview:
A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for its Arlington, TX office. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team engaged in commercial litigation with a nationwide practice.
Duties:
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Advocate for clients in court and other legal settings. Collaborate with team members on complex litigation cases. Engage with clients to build and maintain relationships.
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in Texas, Florida, or California. 2 to 8 years of litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. Ability to multitask and think proactively. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality. Judicial clerkship, mock trial, or moot court experience preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Bar admission in Texas, Florida, or California. Skills Strong legal research and writing abilities. Effective advocacy and communication skills. Proactive problem-solving and multitasking capabilities. Interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
