Mainline Strategies is growing our Virginia Beach team and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are ready to build experience in sales, customer engagement, and leadership. As a Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers in a face-to-face retail environment while representing established client brands. You’ll learn how to understand customer needs, communicate solutions effectively, and create a positive customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Connecting with customers face-to-face
Presenting client products and services
Working toward individual and team sales goals
Participating in ongoing sales and leadership development
Collaborating with a motivated, performance-driven team
Your Development

Start with hands-on training in customer engagement, sales strategy, product knowledge, and client representation. Strengthen your communication, problem-solving, leadership, and relationship-building skills through daily experience and ongoing coaching. As you demonstrate consistency and results, you’ll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, support newer team members, and develop leadership experience. Advancement is performance-based, giving motivated team members the opportunity to pursue increased responsibility and long-term growth within the organization.

Compensation: This is a W-2 position with guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses. Paid training is provided. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or other team-oriented environments can translate well into this role.
