Heavy Civil Estimator - Bridges & Highways (Value Engineering)

gpac seeks an Estimator to prepare bids and manage preconstruction efforts for heavy highway and bridge projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers and leadership to develop accurate cost estimates, analyze plans, and evaluate subcontractor and material quotes. Responsibilities include detailed estimates for heavy civil work, quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, value-engineering options, and risk assessment.
