About the Role: The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief of Staff to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the Global Chief of Staff, providing strategic, operational, and administrative support to ensure the effective execution of executive priorities and company initiatives. This highly visible role requires a proactive problem solver with strong executive presence and communication skills, who can manage high-priority projects, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure seamless coordination between executive leadership and the broader organization. The Deputy Chief of Staff will be responsible for leading high-priority projects, coordinating project timelines, and deliverables, and preparing executive-level presentations and reports. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' of relevant experience, with a preference for those with a background in CPG. The role demands an individual with a strong execution mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
