Senior Preconstruction Manager, Data Center Estimating & VE

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Preconstruction to lead the preconstruction phase of data center projects, including budgeting, cost estimating, and value engineering. You will collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to develop detailed estimates, identify risks and opportunities, and present cost-saving recommendations to clients, while maintaining knowledge of industry trends and sustainable practices.
