Pay Rate: $18–$19/hour Contract: 17 weeks, contract to hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM–7:30

PMJob Summary: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers. You will help resolve issues, monitor deliveries, and ensure customers receive timely and professional service.

Responsibilities: Assist customers and business partners by phone and email Handle customer complaints professionally Identify and resolve customer issues Monitor delivery routes and progress Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps Process delivery order changes and cancellations

Qualifications: Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Project High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle pressure while providing effective solutions Category Code: JN003#LI-AD1#LI-Onsite Seniority
