VP, Drug Substance Strategy & Scale-Up — Remote

BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Vice President, Drug Substance to lead strategy and execution for drug substance across small-molecule and biologic portfolios. You will drive process development, scale-up, technology transfer, and manufacturing readiness, partnering across MS&T, Regulatory, and Global Manufacturing. This leadership role requires a PhD and 15+ years of industrial drug substance experience, with strong expertise in CMC, regulatory submissions, and external partnerships.
