Remote Employee Relations Partner | Impactful Investigations

Cox Automotive is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to support leaders with disciplinary actions, performance plans, and terminations. The ERBP will collaborate with HR, Legal, and ER teams to ensure compliant, consistent resolutions while documenting cases in Workday and Service Now. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR/Employee Relations, strong communication, and the ability to work remotely with limited travel.
