Director, Delivery - Data Center Development You will be managing the full life-cycle of data center delivery for one of the highest performing data center developers in North America. Their current projects are fully capitalized and projects they've already broken ground on exceed 3GW in capacity. They supplement this with an extensive development pipeline, making this an incredibly attractive opportunity. If you have experience taking data center construction projects from cradle to grave, I want to speak with you. Whether you're coming directly from a reputable GC, from a competing developer, or a hyperscaler directly, providing you're capable of taking ownership of a campus, communicating clearly and getting things done, I'd like a conversation. I'm of course inclined to be biased, but I mean this, you will not find a better opportunity as a construction leader within the data center space in the United States. This is a hybrid opportunity. You can be based wherever is convenient, with travel to site as necessary. Be where you need to be, when you need to be there, to perform this role to the best of your ability. There will not be the expectation for you to be on site 5 days a week. Compensation will be dependent on value previously delivered, but it will not be a barrier to employment if you're the right person for the position. It will include a base salary and guaranteed bonus. Due to the uniqueness of this opportunity, if you have not played a significant role in the delivery of hyperscale data center campuses, you will not be considered.
