Plaintiff's law firm is seeking a Associate to join the employment and wage & hour team. 2+ years of experience litigation. Employment law preferred but not required Class/Collective action experience is a plus Must have significant experience handling depositions and attending hearings Needs excellent research and writing skills Competitive salary DOE.
