Cruise Deck Manager: Elite Onboard Cabin Care

ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting for a Deck Manager to join Virgin Voyages’ crew aboard brand new vessels. This role supervises housekeeping and cabin presentation operations, ensuring USPH standards are met across assigned areas. With a 4–6 month contract for most positions, you will lead a team, coordinate cabin checks, monitor work/rest hours, and liaise with the Executive Housekeeper to maintain inventory and equipment, while delivering exceptional guest service.
