iWorld Professionals is seeking a Principal Infrastructure Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions across global programs. This is a high-impact role where you will influence architecture strategy, guide customers through transformation, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing environments.

Principal Infrastructure Architect Position Summary:

Lead Architecture & Delivery
Design and deliver enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
Ensure architectures are scalable, resilient, secure, and aligned to long-term business goals
Translate Business to Technical Strategy
Convert business and program requirements into end-to-end infrastructure architectures
Align solutions with industry best practices and enterprise IT strategies
Serve as Technical Authority
Provide expert guidance on system sizing, performance, availability, networking, security, and disaster recovery
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure design integrity across programs
Support pursuits and influence solution direction and roadmaps
Provide leadership and mentorship to architects and consultants
Contribute to standards, reusable frameworks, and architectural maturity
Ensure Compliance & Governance

Principal Infrastructure Architect Requirements: Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments Deep knowledge of:

Compute, storage, networking, and security architectures
High availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization
Experience with:
Windows Server & Linux (RHEL, SUSE)
Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQLProven success in customer-facing consulting roles
Ability to engage with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Ability to operate independently while leading within complex programs
Experience in PLM or Manufacturing (Teamcenter, Opcenter, or similar platforms) highly desirable
