Event Staff

What You'll Do: As a member of our Event Staff, you will: Represent our clients at events, promotional campaigns, and customer-facing locations Engage directly with customers in a professional and approachable manner Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions Assist with customer acquisition and campaign goals Create a positive and memorable customer experience Work alongside a team to execute events successfully Participate in daily training, coaching, and development Track customer interactions and campaign results Develop communication, sales, leadership, and business skills Who We're Looking For We're interested in candidates who are: Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people Team-oriented and competitive Dependable and professional Goal-driven and motivated by growth Comfortable working in an active, face-to-face environment Coachable and willing to learn Interested in developing leadership and management skills Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurants, athletics, events, promotions, or sales can be helpful, but it is not required.
