Paralegal, Trademarks

Responsibilities: Manage trademarks and domain names, including filing, follow-up, and deadline management. Conduct research and maintain records for domain names. Generate related reports and ensure accurate record-keeping. Liaise with counsel and internal clients to provide support and updates. Stay updated on intellectual property regulations and best practices. Collaborate with the Chief Technology and IP Counsel on strategic IP initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Chief Technology and IP Counsel.

Qualifications: Paralegal Certification, Bachelor's degree, or relevant work experience is required. Experience with USPTO trademarks filing interface and CPI or similar docketing systems. Strong follow-up skills and proficiency in Excel are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to act on detailed instructions and work independently. Highly organized with good judgment and a strong sense of confidentiality. Experience in a legal or corporate setting, preferably in intellectual property. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive and collaborative approach to work. *Role can be done from our Jacksonville, FL or NYC offices or remotely in the USA.

Salary: $65,000- $90,000 The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
