Key responsibilities:
Code complex professional fee surgical cases while adhering to payer-specific guidelines
Maintain high levels of coding accuracy, productivity, and compliance in all coding tasks
Utilize Epic and 3M encoder/coding systems effectively for coding processes
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of recent ProFee coding experience
AHIMA or AAPC certification is required
Specialty experience in areas such as OB/GYN, Neonatology, Pediatric Hospital Medicine, or Cardiology
Strong understanding of coding guidelines and regulations
Experience with coding systems like Epic and 3M
