What You'll Do:
Create and update detailed schedules for large-scale construction projects — activities, milestones, and procurement items Develop resource-loaded schedules aligned with project goals Monitor progress, analyze delays, and provide stakeholder updates Prepare time impact analyses and risk reports Partner with Project Managers on scheduling strategy; coordinate with engineers, procurement staff, and subcontractors Participate in project meetings to provide schedule-health insights Support administrative scheduling processes and documentation Assist with cost and schedule completion forecasts Collect project data and produce performance-metrics reports Mentor and train less-experienced team members on scheduling software
What You Bring:
✅ 2–5 years of project scheduler experience within the construction industry✅ Fluency in Primavera P6 (required)✅ Proficiency in MS Office✅ Strong skills in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules✅ Experience with resource-loaded scheduling, time impact analysis, and delay/risk analysis✅ Large-scale construction project experience a plus*********LOCAL CANDIDATES HIGHLY PREFERRED **********
