Schedule:
Full-time weekday position, shifts 8am‑4:30pm, occasional weekends as needed

What You’ll Do:
- Plan and lead engaging activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical well‑being for memory‑care residents
- Support residents in participating in meaningful programs that enhance their quality of life
- Foster a sense of purpose and belonging through creativity, compassion, and presence
- Assist with documenting participation and feedback to support ongoing program improvements
- Collaborate with team members to create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience in a continuum‑care setting, including 1+ year in activities or life enrichment
- Indiana state‑approved Activity Director training required (completed or willing to complete within a required timeframe after hire)NCCAP Activity Director Certification (ADC) preferred
- Ability to maintain certification, including continuing education requirements
