A law firm seeks an associate attorney for its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and a strong interest in benefits and executive compensation, general corporate, and/or tax law.
Duties:
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Advise clients on benefits and employment issues, focusing on health and welfare benefits.
Guide clients on benefits and compensation-related matters, including plan design, implementation, compliance, corrections, amendments, and terminations.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of relevant legal experience.
